New Zealand Mussels

OMG! This place NEVER disappoints! I have tried everything on the "regular" menu which changes frequently (LOVE the BAKED COD) but now I almost always order one of their specials -- there is soooo much thought put into the combinations of flavors (The Burrata appetizer I cannot even begin to describe how good that is) but everything just melts in your mouth. Healthy but not unreasonable portions -- ooh I wished they'd bring back the fried green tomato appetizers -- there is always fish, meat, shellfish, vegetairian stuff. Too bad they don't have a liquor license but then you get to bring your own and you save money! My advice: have everyone at the table order something different and take a mouthful and pass ! Not.To.Be.Missed.

Octopus & Calamari

Delicious! A pasta to accompany would have topped it off nicely.

We have been to Scratch Kitchen several times and we believe it is one of the best restaurants at the Shore. The food, the wait staff, the ambiance is excellent.

Shrimp & Grits

Oh my, this dish was heavenly. So flavorful, and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. Can't wait to return.

Grilled Artichoke Hearts

I have dined here at least 10 times since spring and I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered. The octopus dishes never disappoint and the pork chop how ever it is prepared is always amazing The grilled artichokes are the best

Cajun Clams

We also had 2 specials for entree's. And pistachio tiramisu for dessert. Everything was excellent and service outstanding!

Tuscan Cod

Excellent and delicious sauce on a well cooked cod. Your bread and oil is addictive. My husband had the very generous filet. Liked the new additions and specials.

Pappardella Bolognese

The Papparadella pasta was light and perfectly cooked. The bolognese sauce was rich in flavor without the usual heaviness of cream.

Shrimp & Grits

Hands down one of the best meals I've had, it was so delicious - in fact appetizer to dessert was out of this world for both of us. Going again this weekend - can't wait to try something new.
